The Shimano TLD 30a is a two-speed fishing reel designed for the saltwater fisherman. The reel has two speeds for those who require a quick reel for some fish and more power for others. The reel holds up to 350 yards of 50-pound test line and has a maximum drag of 33 pounds. With four ball bearings, the reel is easy to crank, and the ball bearings are rust proof. The reel weighs 37.5 ounces without line.

Very Good 2 Speed Reel for a Great Price

Shimano TLD 30A 2 Speed Fishing Reel is an entry level trolling reel. It is a dependable workhorse and will provide several years of service when when properly maintained. The graphite frame is easy to keep clean and the 2 speeds allow larger fish to be landed without fatigue.
