I reached out to them & they only refunded me $5.95 but on this last item, they charged $7.95 for shipping!!! This is without a doubt not acceptable! & this is why I will buy from this auction anymore, unless they refund me. Check your shipping charges!!!

I think shipping is very reasonable, and all items well protected in box packaging unless small enough for plastic bag. Items have been as described. I have had nothing but good experience with customer service the couple times a flaw was missed. These things can happen with the volume Seller is moving. But I notice someone is taping flaws or stains now, which is even better.
