I didn't realize that I purchased an Note S20 rather than the Note S20 Ultra as I had intended, but decided to keep it anyway. It has less memory than my Note S10+ that I am replacing due to a cracked screen, but other than that I haven't really noticed any significantly noticeable differences between the 2 phones yet.
Upgrading from a Note 8. The camera is much better. I prefer the screen color and icons on the note 8. The Note 20 icons look cartoonish to me. The transition from the home screen to the apps is an little different, but so far I'm enjoying the phone.
Ive been a fan of the Samsung Note series for a few years. The size of the phone and the features such as the screen, full size photography and video, battery life. The list goes on. Plus, I have dropped my Note phones several times - on the face - and not one crack. These phones are durable.
I am amazed by the long battery life! It has a clear picture, great for streaming videos and the speaker is clear and has wonderful sound for listening to music.
My mother received the phone as the whole family wanted her to be able to contact and talk to us at anytime. It really makes you feel better knowing that she has a good phone that won't die off or stop working after a few mins of talk time. It's a blessing and we are totally grateful.
This product should be marked newly sealed. The on/off button was missing and when you pluged it in to charge a blue drop came up on the screen denoting water damage. Now Inhave to return it and hopefully get my money back.
