So far so good!
So far so good. I got the unit and it didn't come w/ the LPG Regulator screws or DC Adapter or Oil but Firman Support quickly sent out the screws and adapter gratis. I bought my own oil and gassed it up and works great. Still have to test the LPG option but don't anticipate issues. The noise level is right where I thought it would be. User Manual seems to be of high quality which I really appreciate. Users should heed the warnings about keeping this equipment away from the home as emissions are considerable and expected. So, buying this refurbished (despite a few minor scratches and blemishes) has been totally worth it. I would recommend this purchase based on my experience thus far. NOTE: the Firman generator cover (not included) seems to be out of stock on their web site but I found a nice one for under $25 so that's done and I can leave the unit outside w/o concern.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 翻新物品

Factory Refurbished Firman Generators are an Exellent Value!
My refurbished FIRMAN WH03242F 4000W Electric Start Dual Fuel Inverter Generator was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. There were zero hours on the techometer. The generator is essentially brand new! The only noticable difference between a factory refurbished Firman generator and a brand new one is the missing accessories such as the battery maintainer/charger. The generator runs great! Very good experience so far....received 2 Inverter Generators & 1 Large Generator, all Refurbs, & All performed well on propane and gas!

Worth the investment. Well pleased with it.
Was delivered quickly after order. Faster than expected. Love the duel fuel feature. Powers our RV with no problems (AC and all). Some initial problem getting it to start on gasoline. Great features, well see longterm how it holds up.
The write-up said it looked and ran like new! There are quit a few large grooves/gowges in the casing, not making it look like new. Haven't tried running it on gas yet but works good on LPG. Absolutely recommend.
Very pleased - Was packed up las if new, and the generator pretty much seems new, aside from a little discoloring of one of the outer panels - hardly noticeable. If it had been used, it was minimal. Internal parts are clean and also seem new. With minimal prep it started right up on gas with easy pull start, and quickly settled and hummed at rest without load - and it is very quiet. Can have a conversation standing next to it. After initial test, checked the oil (had magnetic dipstick, which was clean) and it was also clean. Second test was under load - a bunch of lights, TV, and even the RV A/C and it continued to run smooth and didn't even rev up. While the refurbished models don't come with what seem like important accessories like a battery charger for electric start - which did not work initially- I was lucky to already have a charger that worked to charge the battery enough to get electric start to work without having to run the generator to charge. The price I paid before the price for these went up about $100 was $360, and I consider that an AMAZING deal for a 4000w dual fuel generator with such strong reviews. I took off one start because the regulator housing for the LP gas adaptor was missing female screw seatings, so I could not assemble for LP gas use. That said, support was quick to send out a replacement housing as per the 90 day warranty for these refurb gennies. All things considered, I am not worried about the limited warranty period, as these Firman generators are awesome, well supported, and parts can be ordered and repairs made. I suspect this unit will last many years with proper care and maintenance. Oh, lastly - the oil adding/removing system with these is a little weird to me - the angle of the port to add oil is almost horizontal, making filling with even a long neck funnel kind of a pain. Meanwhile, the drain plug in inside and you have to remove a rubber door from the bottom to have an opening for the oil ot spill out into a flat pan or receptacle of some kind, AND you have to tilt the genny toward you to get all the oil to drain out. This is my first generator, so I don't know if it's like that for most others, but I'm going to be looking into alternative ways to add/drain oil. It's a minimal issue, of course, for a really nice and powerful generator for such a great deal. Even considering a second one for parallel at some point. Pretty impressed.
Bought because it was a super deal. I figured with the 2 year eBay refurbished warranty it was worth a shot. Didn’t come with oil but it did come with a battery. Connected the battery, added oil and fuel and it fired right up! Can’t wait to try it camping now.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 翻新物品

This is refurbished. Item looks new. Also, works like it said it would. Like a champ. I put gas in it when I got it, and of course oil. It started right up. Used it for 3 days before I purchased some fittings. It would have hooked straight up to my tank, but, I was doing something a little different. After installing my fittings, I switched it to propane, and it also started right up. It's great. I also really like the 30 amp plug in. Firman builds a GREAT PRODUCT!
The Firman WHO3242 4000W Dual fuel Refurb fit the bill, received very quickly and the packing was great! removed from the box, the generator was in excellent condition with a couple small rubs.
