Great product and very versatile!

This vacuum is simply amazing on all surfaces! I use it on tile, carpet, and furniture and it cleans consistently with all the different attachments for each application. The detect feature on the hard surface head is amazing. Don’t let the price scare you. I highly recommend buying this vacuum for all your household floor/furniture cleaning needs.

Lightweight with great features.

A lot of power for a cordless vacuum. The laser light shows all the dust and dirt that is not otherwise visible. The vacuum automatically provides more power to itself when it comes into contact with more dust/dirt than normal. It charges quickly. The tool holder on the wand is convenient.

Highly recommend the Dyson V12

Excellent Vacuum! This a my second Dyson and truly it can replace a corded vac. Plenty of power, 40+ minute run time and a large catch-cup for the dirt. The lighted hardwood floor charger is a game changer. You can easily see what you are about to pick up. The green light is at the perfect angel to highlight the dirt. I highly recommend this vacuum to anyone who needs a vac.

Get the Laser

My wife was looking for a light weight cordless vac to use instead of a broom. This meets her requirements and surpassed. The green laser light was a pleasant surprise. We were amazed at amount of dog hair that accumulated in a short time. Love this feature.

So far so good. The vacuum works beautifully and comes with nice accessories. It’s light weight and the green light on the fluffy brush is neat. I am really happy that I bought it refurbished. It looks and feels like it’s new.

Very Happy

Very happy with this. I have 2 corded, and this is my third Dyson Stick vacuum. This one is quieter, and I love the detect head. The thing is amazing. If you’re a little OCD, it’ll change the way you vacuum.

Better vacuum

Has an off on switch, much better than holding the trigger on all the time like a Dyson v8 has. The hardwood floor cleaner has an infrared light that really shows the dust and dirt on floor. Dust bin isn’t real big but adequate. Nice vac overall.

Great machine

I love this vacuum! It's very lightweight and easy to use. I use it primarily for a quick cleanup of hardwood floors. The hand held portion is great for cleaning my car and patio furniture. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner!
