Just get one!
Absolutely love this optic. When building my first optic pistol I purchased a different optic first time around. Immediately didnt like it for various reasons. Returned it and decided to try this Deltapoint Pro. Tho it is the largest optic in its class, I was still able to co witness the iron sights on my FN 509. The field of view is second to none, the quality is great. Have only been able yo use it a few times since its a range gun and not an everyday carry. But I have zero complaints for Leupold on this.

Used to buy RMRs now I buy Delta Points
When I was just getting into the red dot game I would always buy Burris Fastfire 2's, they were affordable and durable. Then I started to make a little more $$$ and started buying Trijicon RMRs. Then I took inventory on how many firearms I would have liked to put a red dot on and I decided I wasn't going to spend thousands on RMRs... All I really look for in a red dot is the Auto on/Auto off feature and a small dot, so help me god if I pick up another dead fastfire because I forgot to turn it off. Well at the price of a delta point I can get all the same durability, and auto on off, for about $100 cheaper than an RMR. That means every 5th delta point is now pretty much free compared to the cost savings of buying RMRs. I like the delta point and it will now be my go to red dot. Leupold Red Dot
this is a very clear optic. the red dot is a nice small size with crisp edges. it is just the right size to be easy to use, but not in the way. if you will be mounting on picatinny rails, you need to buy an additional mounting plate, not including. One of the best on the market.
This is an excellent optic. Mine is on a CZ Shadow 2 pistol. Sight adjustment screws have nice detent feel. Access to the battery is from the top, no need to remove the unit from the gun for for battery replacement. Battery cover needs no tool to open. On/off/brightness button has nice tactile feel. Top notch versatile optic
I put my Deltapoint Pro on a Turkish CZ75 and can definitely say it has beautiful optics. Its good to know I'll be supported by Leupold while I keep it for the rest of my lifetime too. Its probably not an ideal every day carry option because it is a chonker and the battery life isn't top of the heap, but for the kind of gun I put it on it is perfect. It would also work well on an AR, as the optic is huge compared to most micro red dots. With that warranty and versatility, it will probably migrate from gun to gun for many more years.

The Deltapoint Pro works well with the M-17
I installed the Deltapoint Pro on my Sig 320-M17. It was a relatively simple install as the kit is complete. Only tool needed was an inch pound torq wrench. Watch YouTube for disassembling you’re pistol. The M-17 was designed to accept this optic with no adapter plates. After a couple of rounds off of a bag I was zeroed in. Awesome on my SIG Rattler!
The SIG MCX Rattler is a compact, small frame firearm I wanted to keep it with as much of a small footprint as possible. I mounted this red dot using the Leupold Deltapoint Pro Picatinny/Weaver Cross Slot Mount Adapter and it is a match made in heaven! Never understood why some people mount these giant red dots and magnifiers to the Rattler when it’s supposed to be a close range compact firearm, and this red dot is on point!

Nice unit.
Comparable to the Sig Romeo 1 has about the same size window. I can't tell the difference in the dot or glass clarity. Adjustments are far easier for dot brightness on the Sig.
