Replacement Fan Switch
I had built a new home in 2005 in Utah and all the major rooms and bedrooms have fans with wall controllers. After about 10 years time some of the more highly used fan controllers started to malfunction. I pulled the wall switches out and searched for the corresponding part numbers on e-bay and bought 4 new controllers. Once I received them I installed them (after setting the dip switch to match the one removed) being careful to wire them the same as the originals and they functioned just like new. 2nd one.
Replaced 2 of these switches in the 13 year old house I bought, they control the ceiling fan, a dome light, and night lights in the ceiling fan unit. They also have digit switches on the side that have to be set to match the switch you are replacing. This is a hard to find switch.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 全新

Worked Perfect

Fast & Easy Replacement
Our original switch was on its last leg, so a replacement was needed. The switch is a little unique, as it has two separate lights to control, so it was a challenge to locate. This product was shipped quickly, arrived before its due date, and operational in less than 20 minutes (including running up and down stairs to shut off the circuit).
