Not as promised
I did a lot of research before picking this vacuum cleaner. I compared it to other brands and other Shark vacuums. But when assembling it I couldn’t find all of the parts I expected. And the manual was no help. Finally I called SHARK and learned there are different variations of this one machine but they never advertise that fact. And the reason I didn’t get the anti-odor component was because it doesn’t come with this variation (defined by the color of the machine). Likewise I only got one tool instead the the 6-7 the ads offered. Shark keeps this so secret, the customer service rep I was speaking to, didn’t know and had to speak with his supervisor to learn “the secret”. Otherwise it’s a great vacuum. Great Vacuum. Easy to Use. High quality!
