Happy dance!
I used to have a top quality (huge!) bread machine years ago that I loved. It got used regularly. Then I went on a no bread kick and foolishly got rid of my bread machine and all my best bread recipe books. I know, I know…SMH. Anyway, I got back into sourdough bread making, and while I don’t at all mind doing it all by hand, I did miss the ease of having the option to let the machine do the work at times. I would eye the Zo models from time to time but never thought I would afford one. Saw this one and figured I could at least make an offer within my budget. I am now the very happy owner of this awesome mini Zo! First up was a garlic French bread. Amazing. The machine was quiet, easy to use, and produced perfect French bread texture inside and out. I usually only ever made the dough in my bread machine, baking it separately, but I wanted to test out a full course on the Zo, and it’s a winner. Just my husband and I, so this is the perfect size for us. Looking forward to trying out my sourdough and variations in it. Perfect bread maker for a couple
We have a large Zojirushi machine at home and bought this small unit for our motorhome. It is well built, compact and uncompromisingly aimed at making a 1# loaf well. excellent product just what I needed
Often when baking a two pound loaf of bread, some of the bread goes to waste because my family has been cutting down on carbs. This one pound loaf capacity is perfect. Not only has each loaf of bread turned out perfectly (I have tried many recipes from the booklet included with the machine), but I can start the machine and have fresh bread within 3 hours, without having to babysit each cycle. Best mini breadmaker makes easy to use 1 pound loaves
Great breadmaker and very easy to use. The seller included the manual which has tons of easy recipes to make bread! We make a 6 grain loaf with rye all the time - it does take 3 hours 40 min but so very easy. You simply put the ingredients in and voila it does all the work.购买已获认证： 是 物品状况： 二手

Lived in Japan 20 Years
There is a bread in Japan called Shoku Pan. It is white bread but it's different from normal white bread. It's a bit chewy. Has nice gluten strands. Bounces back when you push on it. Taste buttery. Everything you would hope to enjoy toasted with butter, jam and a cup of hot coffee. Awesome. This bread machine will do it. I had to tweak the recipe, but man, it makes great bread. Ahhh! The smell of bread!

I LOVE this bread machine

Quick and easy
Having fresh bread during these tiring times is the best. Just as stated this machine is very easy to work and you get fresh great tasting bread each and everything you bake it. Right out of the mini bread maker, hot and delicious. The smell is so righteous and the taste after you spread butter on the freshly cooked bread is marvelous.
