Does not work as advertised

I purchased this camera to allow me to use Alexa and Amazon devices to view the camera. Other cameras from Wyze work properly in my four camera system, but this Pan V2 camera (along with the second pan V2 I also purchased) totally fail to work with the Alexa skill. Tech Support from Wyze along with community posts from other unhappy users have confirmed that no solution exists. A trouble ticket has been submitted, but no useful outcome yet. New firmware is needed from Wyze to fix this issue.

Wyze Cam Pan 2 is a good functional camera that can change the way it's oriented.

My 3rd cam pan, pretty happy with them. Works with Alexa device with screen. Here's a little trick about adding (or replacing) a new camera on the Wyze app: you can't delete old cameras, just add the new one and it will replace the old one on the app.

Bought two. One seems (I stress SEEMS) ok, but the other would only connect to WiFi about 20% of the time. When it did connect, the connection would dwindle to zero connectivity within 5 seconds. It was therefore returned. Not sure what 'Refurbished' means with these cameras, but it seems more like a simple re-packaging exercise.
