Gear box fall off

My son rode this bike about 5x and the gear box fall off of the back wheel. It has not been more than a month...very disappointed!

GREAT BIKE GOOD EXERCISE

The short time I have had the bike it has performed as advertised. It was easy to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. The only thing so far is the rear reflector broke off when I sat on the seat after a bout a week, I have ridden the bike every day except for 2 days I had DR appt.
