Incredible performance when it comes to deep cleaning your carpets. I really don't have many negative comments regarding this vacuum. If I wanted to be picky about it, I'd argue that the vacuum is pretty heavy for any long sessions of cleaning. Of course I did what any normal adult would do with a new vacuum and I deep cleaned my whole house, I'd say the weight is a little tiring for long cleaning sessions. Great suction and pet hair handling
This vacuum has great suction. After using Dyson's for years, this is so much better. It is lighter weight, more maneuverable and cleans really well. We have four dogs, with two of them being English Mastiffs, which shed heavily (you could make a small dog daily with the amount of hair they shed). Absolutely fantastic vacuum. So powerful and leaves nothing behind. I have 4 dogs that shed yet this vacuum handles it easily. My only fault I find is the bottom of the bag is not the best clip to empty it. Why the didn’t use a release for the bottom door beats me. Also no light on the handle is a bad design. Great product, affordable
This Shark Stratos upright vacuum cleaner functions well, and has all the features I looked for. I especially like the powered lift-away that lets you reach under furniture while the rollers are still working. I also like that it includes the powered pet hair attachment for upholstery cleaning. Outstanding vacuum
I’ve had both Dyson and Shark vacuums. When it comes to performance they’re comparable but when it comes to customer service Shark is VERY SUPERIOR!!! This Shark vacuum is an upgrade from my previous and out performs in many ways. The ability to detach the canister to vacuum under furniture without having to use just the wand is a HUGE PERK I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!!!!!
